What are collections?
Collections help you organize and track modules by:
- Creating custom categories for your modules
- Tracking modules you're interested in
- Organizing modules by build or purpose
- Sharing curated sets of modules with other users
The Collections page shows two lists: public collections created by the community (searchable), and — when logged in — your own collections.
How do I create a collection?
- Go to the Collections page
- Click "Create Collection"
- Give your collection a name and an optional description
- Choose your collection's visibility (see below)
- Add modules to your collection
You can add modules from anywhere on the site: right-click a module (or open its ⋮ menu), open the "Collections"
submenu, and toggle the collection you want. You can also create collections in bulk from a
location or from your workbench.
Note: You can change the name, description, and visibility of your collection at any time via "Edit Collection".
What are the different collection visibility modes?
| Visibility | Who can see it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Private | Only you | The default. Perfect for personal tracking. |
| Unlisted | Anyone with the direct link | Not listed publicly — share the URL with specific people. |
| Public | Everyone | Listed on the Collections page and might be featured on the homepage. |
Only the owner can ever edit a collection, regardless of visibility. Collections from premium members are ranked higher in the public listing.
Tip: Use different visibility modes for different purposes — private for personal tracking, public for sharing builds, and unlisted for sharing via direct links.
What does a collection page show?
A collection page shows the creator, the visibility, the description, and all modules in the collection with the full filter system (type, attributes, estimated value, and more). A stats bar summarizes the collection: module count, goldbar/brownbar/diamondbar counts, total value, and average value.
To share a collection, just copy its URL — the link stays valid even if you rename the collection. Shared links get a generated preview image on Discord and other social platforms.
Collection notes
As the owner, you can attach a note to any module in your collection ("Add collection note" in the module's menu). Collection notes are visible to everyone who can view the collection — use them to explain pricing, fit context, or why a roll is interesting. Notes are edited in a batch mode: edit as many as you like, then save them all at once.
These are separate from personal module notes, which are always private to you.
How do I fill a collection from my assets?
As the owner you can manage a collection's contents from your asset locations via the "Manage modules" dialog. For each container or ship that holds abyssal modules you can:
- Add — add all abyssal modules from that location to the collection
- Sync — replace the collection's contents with that location's modules
- Remove — remove that location's modules from the collection
There is also a "Remove all modules" action to empty the collection.
Auto-sync
Instead of manual syncing, you can enable "Auto-Sync Mode" for a collection. Pick one or more of your asset locations to track; whenever your assets are imported, the collection is automatically rebuilt from the modules currently in those locations. The collection page shows when it was last synced.
Warning: Enabling auto-sync clears the collection's current modules and replaces them with the modules from the selected locations. Disabling auto-sync keeps the current modules.
How do I manage my collections?
You can manage your collections by:
- Adding or removing modules (individually via module menus, or in bulk by location)
- Editing the collection's name, description, and visibility
- Adding collection notes to modules
- Enabling auto-sync to mirror your asset locations
- Deleting the collection
